Rough Top Conveyor Belts are specially designed for transporting lightweight goods on inclined surfaces where enhanced grip and anti-slip properties are required. Constructed with a unique rough-textured top surface, these belts help prevent material rollback while providing excellent cushioning and impact absorption during transportation. Their durable construction and non-slip characteristics make them ideal for handling bags, boxes, parcels, and packaged materials in various industrial applications.

Product Profile

Overview & Engineering Design

It consists of two or three-ply construction with cut edges and a carcass of NN or EP fabric. The surface texture resists the tendency for the material to roll back down the conveyor. The top cover consists of wear-resistant rubber with a non-slip surface. It has a cushioning effect, mollifies and absorbs vibrations and impacts given on transported materials, and simultaneously prevents slipping. Although it depends on the transported materials, transportation at inclination angles of 25 – 30 is feasible.
