These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, RFQs, design consultations, and purchasing agreements managed through the Earth India Company web portal and its division websites:

• Earth India Company (Corporate operations and raw materials processing).
• Belting (Conveyor belting sales, splicing kits, inspections).
• Earthaul Conveyor Systems (Automated conveyor layout engineering and assembly lines).

By submitting contact details or requesting quotations on this site, you acknowledge that you act as an authorized corporate representative of your organization.

Unless specified otherwise in writing:

• Quotations issued by our application engineers are valid for 30 days from the date of formal PDF issuance.
• All technical proposals, specifications, drawing layouts (.dwg, .pdf), and conveyor capacity estimates provided are proprietary information of Earth India Company. They may not be shared with external competitors without express written approval.
• Customers are responsible for verifying that the submitted layout measurements (belt width, splice type, structural clearances) match their plant dimensions.

For approved orders, manufacturing lead times are calculated upon receipt of signed approval drawings and the designated advance payment:

• Lead times quoted are estimations based on current raw material availability and plant production schedules.
• Earth India Company is not liable for operational delays at the customer site caused by shipping disruptions, force majeure, or site preparation delays.

All text, graphical assets, engineering calculations, belt compound recipes (heat-stabilized EPDM, food-grade PU, oil-resistant polymers), and conveyor frame designs on our web portals are proprietary properties of Earth India Company.

Unauthorized replication, modification, or commercial distribution of these blueprints and media materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Indian corporate laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Earth India Company is not liable for consequential, indirect, or operational losses (including loss of plant production, conveyor downtime, or cargo spoilage) resulting from the use or failure of our supplied equipment.
• Warranty claims are strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective parts or conveyor belts according to the individual purchase order warranty agreement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, legal claims, or arbitration arising from transactions on our portals or engineering projects shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
