Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
Premium EPDM rubber belt designed to transport extremely hot bulk materials.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts are specially engineered to transport hot materials without compromising belt performance, strength, or service life. These belts are designed using advanced rubber compounds and reinforcement materials that withstand elevated temperatures, making them ideal for industries handling hot clinker, castings, ash, steel, glass, and other high-temperature materials.
CORE COMPOUNDING
EPDM / SBR / Silicone cover with NN / EP / Glass Fibre reinforcement
Overview & Engineering Design
While General Duty Conveyor Belts are suited up to a maximum temperature of 70–80°C, for elevated temperatures beyond that, up to 250°C, Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts offer a vast range of products suited for specific application requirements. Rubber compounds ranging from SBR to EPDM and reinforcement members ranging from NN, EP, and Glass Fibre are used in combination to meet application requirements.
Core Product Features
High Temperature Compatibility
While General Duty Conveyor Belts are suited up to a maximum temperature of 70–80°C, for elevated temperatures beyond that, up to 250°C, Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts offer a vast range of products suited for specific application requirements.
Advanced Material Composition
Rubber compounds ranging from SBR to EPDM and reinforcement members ranging from NN, EP, and Glass Fibre are used in combination to meet application requirements.
Optimal Cover Thickness
In order to meet abrasion, cut, and insulation requirements, it is suggested to use a minimum rubber cover thickness of Top Cover: 4 mm and Bottom Cover: 2 mm.
High-Temperature Tolerance
Specially compounded rubber covers withstand continuous operating temperatures ranging from medium heat up to extreme thermal loads (often up to 250°C or higher depending on the grade).
Thermal Aging Resistance
Prevents the cover rubber from hardening, cracking, or losing its elasticity due to prolonged exposure to intense heat.
Strong Carcass Protection
Utilizes heat-resistant fabric plies or special cushioning layers to prevent heat from transferring deep into the belt's internal structure.
Extended Service Life
Drastically reduces replacement frequency and costly operational downtime in severe high-temperature material handling environments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Technical answers regarding our heat resistant conveyor belt configurations.
For maximum reliability, we standardize on premium industrial gearmotors like SEW Eurodrive, Nord Drivesystems, or Siemens. These are configured with IE3/IE4 high-efficiency ratings, heavy-duty gearboxes, and are ready for VFD speed control integration.
We manufacture frames in three finishes: Mild Steel with industrial polyurethane paint, powder-coated Mild Steel for standard dry warehousing, and Stainless Steel (SS304 / SS316) with bead-blasted or polished finishes for food-grade, chemical, and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
Yes, all our motorized conveyor lines are equipped with inverter-duty gearmotors that support speed variation. They integrate with standard Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to allow smooth ramp-up, ramp-down, and conveyor speed matching.
Our conveyors include screw-type take-up tracking adjusters at the tail pulleys, crown-faced pulleys to assist natural tracking, and adjustable side guide rollers for secondary tracking security. For long runs, automatic pneumatic tracking systems can be installed.
We design frames with pre-machined mounting brackets for photo-eyes, proximity sensors, and limit switches. This supports automation setups like zero-pressure accumulation (ZPA), product indexing, and sorting diverter triggers.
